System requirement: Android 4.3 or above, Bluetooth BLE V4.0 or above

EXCELL’s BLE LED Display is generally used as the second display. Use the app to assign EXCELL’s BLE LED Display to receive the broadcast from an EXCELL’s BLE scale/indicator/crane scale. Once it is setup, BLE LED Display will synchronize the display with the assigned BLE scale/indicator/crane scale.
